A LEADER FROM THE BEGINNING
Leo began his leadership career at the age of 13 when he made the move to join the Argentinian Navy. In no time at all, he went on to demonstrate sound leadership that made him a reliable member of The Academy.
From personal awareness, teamwork, organization to problem-solving and communication he was involved in anything and every type of life skill guaranteed to help shape his life and it did.
The Academy formed the foundation through which he was able to develop resilience, confidence, and leadership skills. Little wonder why in his senior year he was promoted to a Battalion Leader based not just on his incredible academic performance but also on proven leadership skills.
He was the young man everyone came to for advice, the shoulder everyone leaned on; perhaps this is why coaching comes so naturally to him.
personal GROWTH
From very early on, he found that people from different backgrounds, races, ethnicity, religion, and nationality would reach out for guidance on life matters. Soon, they would delve into other aspects such as career development, culture integration, transition management, business, and job seeking.
global interests
At this stage, it appeared critical that he expand his skills in order to better understand peoples' situations. This led him to study General Management, Business Administration, Organizational Communication. He also studied law at UBA and became an Attorney at Law.
Leo is an attorney, was Executive Director at IAE, Business School, and worked for the Argentina Culture Minister, as well as held positions in Non-Profit boards.
life in new york
At the age of 45, he decided to move to New York City; this posed a new challenge as it required him to learn a new language, integrate within a new culture, but with the help of his coach, he was able to surpass his expectations.
In this lovely city, in 2013, he fell in love with a French-American woman and, of course, realizing what a precious gift she was, he married her.
the sky is not the limit
He has gone through personal discoveries, development, transition, and cultural integration and his experiences have taught him that if only we dare to leave our comfort zone and work hard, the sky will only be our starting point.
